Custom D2/c430 Tool Steel High Polish Fixed Bone Handle Knife
The full-tang stainless steel blade of this attractive outdoorman’s knife is constructed. The blade is 3/32 inch thick. Brass BOOSTERS and a crocodile make up the handle. a sharpening rod and a horizontal carry black leather sheath with a belt loop are included.
D2 Tool Steel is a high-carbon, high-chromium, air-hardening tool steel that is characterized by its relatively high attainable hardness and the steel’s abundance of large, chromium-rich alloy carbides. D2 offers an efficient combination of toughness and wear resistance. D2 keeps its advantage very well. When necessary, resharpen the blade at 20 degrees with a Diamond Wet Stone or better.
